Privacy policy

Last updated: 4 October 2026

This page explains what information Zefville Mogul ("the game", at zefville.com) collects when you play, what it is used for, and what you can do about it. We have tried to keep it short and plain.

Who runs the game

Zefville Mogul is made and run by an independent developer based in South Africa. For anything about your information, email dashblasttv@gmail.com.

What we collect

The game also keeps a save and a few settings in your browser's own storage on your device, and keeps a copy of the game's files there so that it can open without data.

We do not collect your location, your contacts, your photos or any payment details.

Who can see what

What we use it for

To let you sign in, to keep your empire and bring it back on another device, to run the leaderboard, Skemas, chat and invite rewards, and to keep the game fair and friendly. Names and chat are filtered for offensive words. We do not sell your information.

Services we rely on

Younger players

Zefville Mogul is meant for players aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before you sign up. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has signed up, email us and we will delete the account.

Zoins are not money

Zoins are play money. They only exist inside the game and can never be cashed out or exchanged for real money.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

We keep your information for as long as you have an account. You can ask us at any time to see it, correct it or delete it: email dashblasttv@gmail.com from the address you sign in with. We delete your account and its game data within 30 days of your request. You can remove the save on your own device by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Keeping it safe

Access to the game's database is restricted by security rules, so players can only change their own entries and only you can read your saved empire. No online service can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable care.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal information, including the right to access, correct and delete it and to object to how it is used. In South Africa these come from the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), and you may also complain to the Information Regulator.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
